摘　　要：BOT是目前国际上流行的投资方式,日益受到我国政府的重视,并将成为今后我国引进外资投资于基础设施建设的重要方式,本文从BOT在中国的发展情况,立法现状、立法障碍以及对完善我国BOT法律制度的建议等几个方面进行论述,试图以此促进BOT在我国的发展,推动我国经济建设的步伐。BOT is now the popular way of international investment, which is being paid more and more attention by the government of our country, and also becomes an important way of using foreign capitals to invest the basic installation buildings. The author analyzes the development situation of BOT in China, the present situation of BOT legislation and legislation barrier as well as the suggestion on consummating BOT system in China, and so on. She attempts to promote the development of BOT in China and the economic develonment of China.
