摘  要:生物化学作用具有分带性,可分为好氧带、硫酸盐还原带和碳酸盐还原带(产甲烷带),带与带之间有时并不是可以截然分开的,各带中具有优势的细菌种群,地质条件及营养类型决定细菌的种类及其活性。生物气的产率随温度升高由小到大,达到一个峰值后又变小,这是有机质演化过程中出现的第一个生烃高峰;生物气产率范围值应为40~100m3/t有机质;生物气的成气带在温度小于80~85℃范围内,主生气带在25~65℃之间。Biochemical process has the characteristics of zoning,which can be divided into aerobiotic belt,sulfate reduced belt and carbonate reduced belt(methane produced belt).It is difficult to divide them belt by belt.Every belt has a dominant bacteria population.A bacteria kind and its activity is determined by geological condition and nutrition type.The producing rate of biogenic gas gradually becomes high from small with the rising of temperature,but small again when it reaches a peak value which is the first hydrocarbon generating peak appeared in the evolutionary process of organic matter.The producity range of biogenic gas should be 40-100m 3 every ton organic matter.The gas generated belt of biogenic gas is in the range from 80 to 85℃.The major gas generated belt from 25 to 65℃.
