摘　　要：针对原《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTJ032-1994)已跟不上公路建设的需要,交通部组织对其进行了修订,制定新的《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTGF40-2004)。该文就新规范第四部分中对道路石油沥青技术要求的十条修改内容进行了对比和评述。In view of the original 《Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction Technical Standard》 (JTJ 032-94) having not met the demand of the highway construction, the Ministry of Communications organizes to revise it and works out the new 《Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction Technical Standard》 (JTG F40-2004). The article contrasts and comment on 10 revised contents of the road petrol asphalt technical specifications in Part IV of the new standard.
