抽油杆检测及配套技术研究

摘　　要：通过大庆采油三厂抽油杆检测车间建设，初步解决了抽油杆的清洗、烘干、表面强化、无损检测、分选、打标、建档以及包装和防腐的工艺技术问题。组成一套机械化半自动化抽油杆流水作业线，微机监控系统，形成工业化生产能力的成套技术，产生了良好的经济效益。A workshop for pump rod inspection is build up at the Third Oil Production Factory,Daqing,initially resolve the technological problems about pump rod washing,drying,surface strengthening,non destructive testing,sorting,making marks,packaging and anticorrosion,and erect an assembly line mechanization,half automatization for pump rod inspection;a complete set of industrialized producing ability is formed.The paper analyses the economical benifit on pump rod inspection and introduce the economical benifit of the Third Oil Production Factory pump rod inspection workshop.
