摘　　要：分析了尿素高压甲铵分离器更换原因。介绍了新甲铵分离器为确保制造质量所采取的措施。对设备制造过程中出现的问题及处理情况也做了介绍。This paper analyzes the reasons for replacement of I-IP carbamate separator in urea plant,introduces the measures adopted in the course of manufacture to insure the quality of new carbamate separator. The problems found in the course of manufacture and countermeasures are also presented.
