摘 要:考察了添加贵金属、过渡金属氧化物以及Li、P等对Mo/HZSM-5催化剂的影响。结果表明:金属Pt添加组分在一定程度上改善积碳,但催化剂的反应活性有所降低,而添加金属Li的影响很大。当其添加量达到1%后,没有苯生成。过渡金属氧化物的添加,尤其是碱性氧化物添加使得催化剂Mo/HZSM-5的活性有较大的下降。催化剂的酸性在甲烷非氧芳构化过程中的重要作用,及在酸性条件下金属相物种对甲烷的强极化作用也得到了证实。Investigation has been made for the effects of addition of noble metals, certain transition metal oxides and Li and P on Mo/HZSM - 5 catayst for dehydro - olignmerizatin of rnethane to benzene under non - oxidizing condition. The results show tha activity of the Mo/HZSM - 5 catalyst will decrease slightly,but coke formation will be improved when Pt is added as a modifier. The addition of Li influences the methane conversion significantly. When the lithium content nahes 1wt%, no benzene is produced. Addition of certain transition metal oxides, particularly the basic oxides, makes the activity of Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst reduced considerably. It also demonstrated the importance of acidity of the catalst for the dehydri - oligomeriza-tion of methane to aromatics under non-oxidizing condition and the strong polarizing action of molybdenum family metals under acidic condition to methane.
