造纸机斜网成形器的研究和设计

摘　　要：由斜网成形器的纸浆原料特性和斜网的特殊性,对斜网成形器的成形机理进行了分析研究,总结出斜网成形器的设计方法和要点。在研究中运用了造纸原理、造纸机械、流体力学和机械制造原理等相关理论知识,并参考了有关斜网纸机的文章和国外斜网成形器的资料,同时还结合了个人多年的纸机使用和设计经验。最后用所设计的试验纸机斜网成形器进行实验,验证了研究和设计思想基本正确。The study made a mechanism research on the inclined wire former and summarized the design method and main points of the inclined wire former by the specific properties of pulp and the particularities of inclined wire. The study was completed based on paper making principles, paper making mechanics fluid mechanics, mechanical manufacturing principles, some articles of the inclined wire former and experience in paper machine design and using. Finally, tested the inclined wire former by the using of test paper machine, which proved this paper＇s study and design theory were correct.
