摘　　要：在毛坯形状尺寸设计时,根据冲压模具设计中毛坯设计的经验原则,往往出现形状尺寸不合理、废料过多、增加工艺难度等等问题。本文利用DYNAFORM软件模拟某设备油箱壳体的拉深过程,分析比较毛坯形状、大小对拉伸成形的影响,提出基于DYNAFORM分析的毛坯设计方法,预测成形过程中出现的缺陷,可为冲压模设计及冲压工艺确定提供参考。When designing the shape and size of the blank, some problems, such as unreasonable shape and size of blank, excessive scraps, more difficult technical etc. , will be occured sometimes in according to experience principle of blank design in stamping die design. The method of the blank design is introduced based on Dynaform, then flaws occurring during deforming are forecasted, furthermore the references are presented to design stamping die and to ascertain the pressing technics, after using the Dynaform to simulate drawing process of the certain tank and analyzing and comparing that the shape and size of blank has the effect on drawing deformation.
