摘　　要：随着现代市场竞争的加剧,为消费者提供定制化的产品,全面提高消费者的满意度,已经成为现代企业追求新的竞争优势的1种必然趋势。大规模定制生产模式的出现使得企业在满足消费者个性化需求的同时,保持较低的生产成本和较短的交货期成为可能。从分析大规模定制生产的基本概念入手,对大规模定制生产的实施方法进行了研究,提出了企业实施大规模定制生产的条件,并开发了面向大规模定制的减速器设计系统。Fiercer market competition nowadays has made it an inevitable trend for modern enterprises in pursuit of new competitive advantages to provide customized products and enhance customers＇ satisfaction. The advent of the production mode for mass customization has enabled enterprises to satisfy customers＇ individualized needs but also keep production cost low and delivery period short. This article consists of conception analysis of mass customization （MC）, studies on MC implementation method, and conditions for enterprises＇ implementation of MC. This article also develops a MC oriented design system for reduction gears.
