干法贴膜双色效应沙发革的生产

摘　　要：论述了干法贴膜双色效应沙发革的构成,底基坯革制作,双色效应膜的加工技术以及生产中的影响因素等。对不同品种沙发革的物理机械性能进行了测试,结果表明:干法贴膜双色效应沙发革的革身和革面手感、革表面的颜色和花纹、机械强度等,接近甚至优于头层双色效应沙发革。结合实际经验制定出生产工艺,生产出了手感和外观仿头层双色效应革效果逼真,物理机械性能符合标准的沙发用二层双色效应贴膜革。The form of double colour effect transfer coating sofa leather, the base crust, the processing technology of double colour effect film and the influence factors in processing were discussed in detail. The physical mechanical properties of different species of sofa leather were tested. The result shows the handle and appearance, the surface color, grain pattern of the transfer coating double colour effect sofa leather are almost the same with that of the natural grain double colour effect leather. The transfer coating double color effect leather was produced which fit into standard of the split sofa leather physical mechanical property.
