摘　　要：用甲烷气体的产气速率衡量厌氧颗粒污泥的产甲烷活性,以厌氧颗粒污泥处理含不同浓度氯化铵和氯化钙的废水,研究了氯化铵和氯化钙对厌氧颗粒污泥的毒性。研究结果可为制革废水的厌氧处理提供依据。The methane yield rate could indicate the activity of anaerobic granular sludge. The wastewater containing different concentrations of ammonium chloride and calcium chloride was treated by anaerobic granular sludge. And the toxicity of a ammoni- um chloride and calcium chloride on anaerobic granular sludge was investigated, The experiment conclusions are helpful for the tannery wastewater treatment
