煤炭库存对煤炭产业影响的研究

摘　　要：本文在分析煤炭库存作用的基础上,利用系统动力学软件建立模型并仿真,模型的政策试验说明,当库存比提高时,振荡趋于平缓。通过对煤炭库存比做敏感性模拟仿真得出：根据煤炭预期需求和煤炭供应之间的延迟关系可以较好的用于煤炭库存的合理确定,中国煤炭供应的合理的煤炭库存比应为6%-8%。The paper on the foundation of the analysis coal role in inventory, using system dynamics software, established model and simulated, the policy experiment of model shows, when the inventory ratio is rising, vibration tends to gently. Through sensitivity simulation of the inventory ratio, shows： According to the delay of expect demand and supply of coal, policy maker can determine reasonable coal inventory, the reasonable coal inventory of Chinese coal supply should be 6% - 8%.
