摘　　要：本文首先探讨了矿冶联合企业经营战略的内涵,其次分析了建模的基础和条件,然后建立了基于采选冶生产平衡的金属矿山扩建规模经济数学模型,并采用GENOCOP算法进行求解,最后结合实例进行了计算分析,优化出拟扩建矿山在股份公司、不同经营战略下的不同扩建生产规模,该结果对矿山扩建生产,具有一定的指导作用和参考价值。In this paper, first, we explain the meaning of operation stratagems of the mining-joint-smelting enterprise. Second, we analyze the bases and conditions of the model. Third, we build up an economic mathematics model and solve it with GENOCOP algorithms. Finally, we interpret the model with a case and optimize different enlarging scales according to different operation stratagems, which provide definite guidance and consultant value to metallic mine＇s enlargement.
