摘 要:对原始粗片状石墨进行了球磨实验和相应的粒度分析以及粉末形貌观察,研究了球磨石墨取代原始石墨加入银基复合材料中对材料的烧结膨胀率、密度和硬度的影响。结果表明:球磨石墨初期,细化效果显著,当石墨粒度降到一定值时球磨细化很难继续进行,这是由石墨的晶体结构决定的;用球磨后的细石墨代替原始石墨,降低了材料的烧结膨胀率,提高了银基复合材料的密度和硬度。石墨含量对材料性能的影响分析表明,随着石墨含量的提高,烧结膨胀率增加,密度和硬度明显降低。The original graphite was ball-milled into finer graphite. The size of graphite particles was analyzed and the mourphology was observed using TEM.Expansion ratio, sintered density and hardness of the material made from ball-milled graphite were evaluated and compared with material made using the original graphite particles. The results show that the graphite milled is finer to a stable size than the original graphite because of its crystal structure. Materials with ball-milled graphite have lower expansion ratio, higher density and hardness compared with that of material prepared using the originel graphite. The density and hardness of the composite decrease with the increase of the content of graphite.
