摘　　要：我国的医疗体制改革已经走过了10年,虽然步履蹒跚,但是医改的信念和决心依然如故。"病人选择医生"制度,强调了患者的知情权和自主选择权,从根本上使患者由"求医"转变成为"看病",无疑是医改过程中的一个新亮点和创新之处。文章在阐述"病人选择医生"制度的背景和含义的基础上,集中分析了这种制度的优点和可能存在的问题,最后提出了具体的意见和实施办法。The reform of health service system has been gone for 10 years. Though its steps are slow, the belief and decision of reform still be maintained. The system of patient choosing doctor focuses on the informed right and automatic choosing right of patient. It makes patient change from asking for doctor into seeing a doctor, which undoubtedly is an irmovative point during the reform of health service. Based on describing the background and mining of patient choosing doctor system, this paper analyzed the advantages and problems existing in the system and gave some suggestions about how to implement this system.
