摘　　要：目的:探讨农村性病患者获得正规医疗服务的障碍并提出政策建议。方法:在山东省7所性病医疗机构对前来就诊的232名农村性病患者进行结构性问卷访谈。结果:看病钱不够、距离正规机构太远、患者对性病认知程度较低、缺乏正规医疗信息、容易听信非法性病医疗广告、对大医院费用过高和服务态度的担忧是主要障碍,并对此提出了相应政策措施。Objectives To discuss barriers of rural patients with STDs accepting standard medical service and countermeasures and give some policy suggestions, Methods We interviewed with 232 rural patients with STDs in seven STDs medical, institutes in Shandong province. Results The barriers of rural patients with STDs accepting standard medical service were as following： 1 ） they had not enough money to visit doctor; 2） it was far away from standard medical institutes; 3） they could not correctly recognize STDs; 4） they had not correct medical information and were subject to being effected by irregular STDs medical advertisement; and 5） they worried about high medical expense and poor attitude in general hospitals. Based on mentioned above, the authors put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
