摘 要:采用毛细管流变仪研究了尼龙(PA)611及PA611/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的流变行为,并对其lgγw-lgτw、lgηa-gγw、lgηa-1/T曲线进行了分析。结果表明,PA611及PA611/蒙脱土纳米复合材料均为假塑性流体并呈现出切力变稀现象。在恒定剪切速率(γw)下,蒙脱土的质量含量(Φm)对体系剪切应力(τw)和表观粘度(ηa)的影响相似。PA611/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的粘流活化能随剪切应力的增大而降低,说明在恒定剪切应力下其可在较宽的温度范围内加工、成型。The rheological behaviors of nylon 611 and nylon 611/montmorilonite nanocomposites were investigated using capillary rheometer. The curves of lgγw-lgτw、lgηa-gγw、lgηa-1/T were obtained. The experimental results showed that both nylon 611 and nylon 611/montmorilonite were pseudoplastic and exhibited shear-thinning behaviors. At a constant shearing rate, the influences of montmorilonite loading on the shearing stress and apparent viscosity were similar. The reduction of the viscous activation energy with the increment of shearing stress indicated that nanocomposites could processed over a wide temperature at a constant shearing stress.
