摘　　要：分析了滚塑机的控制过程及其控制要求,进行了包括控制方式、可靠性与安全性在内的系统设计,开发了基于可编程控制器(PLC)的控制系统。该系统安装在三种不同滚塑工艺的滚塑机上,已经投产且运行情况良好。The control process and its specifications of rotational moulding machines are analyzed. PLC-based control system inclouding control model, reliability and security requirements is designed and realized. The control systems are installed in three kinds of rotational moulding machines and they work well.
