摘　　要：结合产品的质量概率分布,对现存容差设计方法的应用进行了阐述。同时,修正了容差设计的准则,结合产品的质量分布得到新的准则:基于产品的设计容差,直接的社会损失不能大于企业遭受的损失。同时建议政府能对主动承担容差损失的企业给予扶持,这样才能使整体损失最小,并通过一个实例阐明了该方法的应用。Combining with the quality probability distribution of product, an elaboration was carried out on the application of the now existed method of tolerance design. At the same time modified the criterion of tolerance design and obtained the new criterion by combing the quality distribution of product. The direct social loss should not be larger than the loss sustained by enterprise, based on the designed tolerance of product. Simultaneously suggest the government could afford support to those enterprises that bore initiatively the tolerance loss, in this way could make the total loss be a minimum. The application of this method was expounded by a living example.
