摘  要:多级传动系统扭振的固有频率对回转窑的扭振状况具有重大影响,并完全取决于传动系统结构。控制和调整多级传动系统结构避开共振频率,既是多级传动系统设计的基本要求,同时也是减小振动的有效措施。文中求解出系统的固有频率,并进行多级传动系统激励频率分析,为回转窑传动系统的安全稳定运行提供了理论依据。the inherent frequency of torsional vibration in multi-staged transmission system bears significant influence on the status of torsional vibration of rotary kiln and depends completely on the structure of transmission system. Controlling and adjusting the structure of multi-staged transmission system so as to keep away from the resonance frequency are both the fundamental designing requirement of multi-staged transmission system and at the same time the effective measure for reducing the vibration as well. The inherent frequency of system was solved in this paper, and the analysis of excited frequency of multi-staged transmission system was carried through thus provided theoretical basis for secure steady operation of the transmission system of rotary kiln.
