摘 要:微泡由于其特殊的结构,广泛地应用于食品、化妆品、医学等领域。尤其是在医学超声造影方面的应用,开创了无创超声医学的新领域。而医学造影用微泡材料的制备是一个复杂、有相当难度的过程。微胶囊技术的引入大大加快了微泡造影剂制备方法的发展。对近年来国内外微泡造影剂的各种制备方法及其优缺点进行了介绍。指出采用化学方法能得到更加个性化的声学造影剂,并使其具有成像和靶向治疗的双重功效。Microbubbles are widely used in a number of diverse applications ranging from food, cosmetic to medicine in virtue of their special structure. In particular the application of mierobubbles opens a new field in non-damageing ultrasound medical examination. However, the preparation of microbubbles used for medical imaging is a complicated and difficult process. The progress in preparation methods of microbubbles speeds up along with the introduction of microcapsule techniques. In this paper, the preparation methods of microbubbles and their advantages and disadvantages at home and abroad in recent years are introduced. Finally, it is pointed that individual acoustic contrast agents can be gotten with chemical method, and the double virtues of imaging and targeted therapy will be possessed.
