摘  要:主要研究了单一稀土Ce和混合稀土RE对Sn-Zn-Cu系无铅焊锡合金性能的影响。试验结果表明:混合稀土RE比单一稀土Ce对钎料合金的熔点影响要小;混合稀土RE比单一稀土Ce更有利于改善钎料合金的润湿性能;混合稀土添加量为0.05%时,Sn-8Zn-2Cu-0.05RE试样合金的剪切应力最大,塑性变形最好。总之,从改善钎料合金的综合性能来看,混合稀土对钎料合金的性能有很大的提高,且添加混合稀土含量不超过0.05%。This article mainly studies the effect of the rare earth Ce and mixed rare earth RE on properties of Sn-Zn-Cu system lead-free single solder alloys. The test results indicate that the influence of the mixed rare earth(RE) is smaller than that of the single rare earth Ce on the imelting t, ,int influence of the solder alloy; the mixed rare earth (RE) is more advantageous than the single rare earth Ce to improve the wetting performance of the solder alloy. When the addition of mixed rare earth is 0. 05%, the shear stress of Sn-SZn-2Cu-0. 05RE specimen alloy is biggest, and plastic deformation is the best. In brief, in view of improveing overall performance of the solder alloy, the mixed rare earth can greatly enhance the performance of solder alloy, and the content of added mixed rare earth does not surpass 0. 05%.
