摘　　要：现代企业在应对市场变化的过程中,会设计新的服务项目,这些项目经常出现各自为政的现象,进而造成信息系统林立和物流流程交叠的问题。本文分析这一现象的产生原因,并提出从战略规划的角度和标准化流程设计的角度解决该问题的方法。　The modern enterprise will design new services to response the changes in the market.These new projects often inconsistent,which in turn caused numerous information systems and logistics flow overlapping issues.This paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon,and made from the perspective of strategic planning and standardization process design point of view to solve the problem.
