摘　　要：根据美国物流管理协会和我国国家标准(GB/18354—2001)制定的《物流术语》中对物流的定义,结合重庆市制造企业对物流人才需求的现状,构建了适合重庆制造企业物流人才的培养模式,并分析了物流人才必备的综合素质能力,进一步提出培养各层次物流人才的课程体系特点。　According to the definition of the Logistics from ＂erms of Logistics＂made by America Logistics Management Institution and China National Standard,combining the demand state for Chongqing fabrication enterprise Logistics expert,establishing proper training mode for workers of Chongqing fabrication enterprises,besides,analyzing what should be considered to be the ability for Logistics expert absolutely necessarily,and proposing the system trait of training Logistics expert in all levels further.
