尼尔雌醇在妇女绝经后宫内节育器取出术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨妇女绝经后宫内节育器取出术前服用尼尔雌醇的临床价值。方法用药组口服尼尔雌醇,术前Ⅰ周顿服4 mg,1次;对照组不用任何药物,两组均按宫内节育器取出术常规操作取宫内节育器。结果用药组取节育器成功率100%,对照组成功率85%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用尼尔雌醇行妇女绝经后宫内节育器取出术,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To study the effects of nilestriol taken orally before removing the intrauterine device （IUD） in postmenopausal women. Methods Women in group one took nilestriol 4rag orally once a week before operation ; women in another group took no medicine. Two groups women were removed IUD by routine operation. Results 100% of the IUD were removed successfully for women in group one,85% of the IUD were removed for women in another group, and there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05） between two groups. Conclusion Nilestriol taken orally is a safe and effective method to remove IUD for postmenopausal women.
