摘　　要：社会处于转型时期,高校体育教育面临严峻挑战。文章针对高校体育专科办学中存在的问题,提出改革大学体育教学观念,从高校体育专科的体育课程设置、体育教学内容和方式、体育课程评价等方面进行改革,形成终身体育思想,培养全面发展的复合型人才。The Society is under the term of transformation, and the education of P.E. Course in Universities and Colleges is facing a severe challenge. As for the problems existed in the operation of the P.E. in Universities and Colleges, this essay proposed that the reformation should be taken on the teaching conception of the P.E. in Universities and Colleges in the following fields, arrangement of the P.E. course, teaching content and method of P.E., evaluation of the P.E. course, and etc. Therefore, it will help us to form life-long P.E. ideology, and to train versatile talents with integrated development.
