摘 要:通过对比分析传统的防垢方法,提出了一项防垢挤注新技术。该技术的基本原理是将化学防垢剂挤进井筒周围地层内,防垢剂可被物理吸附或形成沉淀滞留于多孔介质中,开井生产后防垢剂通过解吸或溶解而缓慢释放于地层流体中,从而达到长效防垢的目的。通过防垢剂与地层水的配伍性实验、防垢剂最低有效浓度测定实验及防垢剂挤注寿命预测实验等优化出适合油田实际应用的防垢剂。防垢挤注技术在樊家油田F41-1井实施1a后,平均产液量由原来的98.6t/d提高到163.2t/d,产油量由45.7t/d提高到88.6t/d,累积增产原油达1.56×104t。An advanced technique for squeeze treatment of scale inhibitor in oilfield is developed after comparing the conventional methods of the scale prevention. The mechanism of the squeeze technique is: when chemical scale inhibitor was squeezed into the formations nearby well bore, the scale inhibitor would be physically adsorbed or precipitated into porous medium, then would be released slowly into formation fluid through desorption and dissolution after well opening. The goal of preventing scale will be a-chieved for a long time. Through experiments in lab like matching between the scale inhibitor and formation water,fixing minimum effective concentration of the scale inhibitor and predicting squeeze life of the scale inhibitor, the available scale inhibitors are optimized for oilfield application. After one year squeeze treatment in F41-1 well in Fanjia Oilfield, average fluid production increased from 98. 6t/d to 163. 2t/d,and oil production increased from 45.7t/d to 88. 6t/d,and cumulative incremental oil production was up to 1.56× 104t.
