摘  要:针对目前在油气勘探开发过程中压井节流系统检测手段落后、压力控制精度低、压力波动大、容易诱发潜在的不安全因素等现状,采用计算机控制代替手动调节,实施计算机自动压井控制,提高了压力控制精度,提高了压井操作的安全性;多级节流计算机控制系统是对套管压力、立管压力、节流阀开度和排量进行实时监测,并根据计算得到的理想压力,参考节流阀的开度,对节流阀实施自动调节,从而使实际压力和要求的压力保持一致;应用结果表明,该系统具有很好的压力控制能力,系统运行稳定可靠,控制动作灵敏,具有广阔的实用性和推广应用前景。In allusion to the actuality that the detecting measures fall behind and the precision of the pressure control is so low in the pressing well and throttling system during the exploitation of oil and gas, and fluctuation of pressure is large, which is likely to bring unsafe factor, we adopt the computer control to replace manual adjusting to realize computer automatic control of pressing well, which improves the precision of the pressure control and security of pressing well. Computer control system for multilevel choke liquid take the realtime supervise with the cannula press, the upright pipe press, the throttle opening and venting. Moreover, we bring the throttle into self-regulation ac cording to the ideal press and the opening of the throttle, so that the practical press keeps consistent with the required press. The result indicates that the system is reliable and the control is sensitive, which can be well applied and extended.
