摘　　要：为了克服传统继电器控制带来的缺陷,减少系统的故障率,提高系统的工作效率,同时结合除尘和气力输送两个方面的要求,设计出了基于单片机的水泥脉冲气力输送线智能控制系统;该系统的核心部件是AT89C2051,对于信号输入部分为了减少干扰,采用光电耦合技术,系统输出信号到固态继电器以控制相应的电磁阀按照既定的逻辑顺序动作;详细地介绍了该控制系统的工作原理,给出了系统的硬件电路和软件设计流程;结果证明了该系统运行稳定,给操作带来了极大的方便,提高了工作效率。For the sake of conquering the defect caused by traditional relay control system, decreasing malfunction rate of control sys teen, improving efficiency, and satisfying the demand of dusting and pneumatic transporting, designed an intelligent control system based on microchip computer, whose kernel is AT89C2051. To keep input signal from being disturbed, the signal inputting module adopts photoelectrical coupling technique, Working principle of the control system is presented, hardware circuits and software programming of system are given, The result certified that the system worked stably, made the operation convenient, and raised the working efficiency.
