摘　　要：3,3’,4,4’-二苯醚四甲酸二酐（简称单醚酐）是合成高性能聚醚型聚酰亚胺工程塑料的重要原料。采用4-氯代苯酐与氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠反应生成相应的4-氯代苯二甲酸钾盐或钠盐,然后将上步反应的产物与4-氯代苯酐在三氯苯介质中以及相转移催化剂有机磷化合物存在下缩合得到单醚酐,其收率可达60%以上,提纯后的产品熔点227-229℃。3,3＇,4,4＇-tetracarboxydiphthalic ether dianhydride （ODPA） is an important material of high performance synthetic polyimide engineering plastic. ODPA is obtained from 4-chlorophthalic dianhydride and potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide to corresponding 4-chloroterephthalate, and the product from the former step and 4-chlorophthalic dianhydride condensed in trichlorobenzene and phase-transfer catalyst organic phosphorus compound, its weight yield is exceeded to 60%, its melt point is obtained to 227-229℃ after purification.
