摘　　要：通过灭菌实验，测定了敷料灭菌和干燥的条件及效果、灭菌周期时间、一个灭菌周期的用水量、耗油量及灭菌时灭菌器夹层和灭菌室的蒸汽压力上升速度。根据实验数据、电加热功率和热效率，讨论了将本灭菌器改进为脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的可能性。Many items have been tested by sterilization experiments,including conditions and effects of sterilizing fabric pack and drying fabric pack as well as sterilizing priodic time and guantity of used water and gasoline in a sterilization cycle,lifting speed of steam pressure during sterilizing. It was discussed that feasibility which develops the sterilizer into steam vacuum pulse sterilizer according to tested data and electric heat efficacy and oil calorific efficiency.
