摘　　要：用生物素-链霉亲和素免疫细胞化学法检测慢性乙型肝炎（CH－B）患者外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）静息状态及PHA诱导后膜白介素-2受体（mIL－2R）表达水平，结果显示CH－B患者T淋巴细胞处于部分激活状态，其对PHA的应答能力未见明显低下．CH－B患者PHA诱导后mIL－2R表达水平可作为评价病情和考核疗效的指标之一。The mIL-2R+ cells in PBMC of 159 CH-B patients were detected by immunocytochemistry method using biotin-streptavidin reagent in silent and PHA-induced phase. The result shows that T lymphocytes of CH-B patients are partly in activated state, but the response to PHA of their PBMC is normal. The percentage of mIL-2R+ cells of CH-B patients is regarded as one of the indications of assessing CH-B patients condition and the therapeutic effect.
