摘　　要：在对空间产品结构特点进行分析的基础上,对传统的多层分步电镀工艺进行了初步研究,介绍了电镀工艺的工作原理和技术特点。对关键技术—热处理进行了阐述和分析,提出了一种综合多层镀和热处理的该类零件的生产工艺。事实证明了该实用工艺的可行性。Based on the analysis of product structural characteristics of the new product（ Mo- Ag Interlinked Plate）, the technology of muhilayer and subsection electroplating is initially researched, The electroplating principle and technical characteristics are introduced, The key steps of this technique - hot treatment technique are presented and analyzed, A manufacturing process muhilayer plating and hot treatment technique for those parts are presented, Experiments prove the feasibility of this applied process.
