太湖鸡PRL、PRLR和FSHβ基因多态与前期产蛋性状关系研究  被引量:26

摘  要:采用PCR-SSCP法对太湖鸡催乳素(PRL)、催乳素受体(PRLR)和促卵泡激素β亚基(FSHβ)基因进行多态性检测,并分析其与开产50%后20周产蛋性状的关系。结果表明:PRL和FSHβpro2的基因型频率都是AA型最高,BB型最低,等位基因频率也是A高于B,FSHβ基因exon3位点没有多态;PRLR只有两种基因型,外显子3是AA型频率高于BB型,外显子6是CC型频率高于DD型,且等位基因A和C的频率分别高于等位基因B和D的频率。太湖鸡PRL、PRLR和FSHβ基因开产50%后20周产蛋性状的不同基因型间差异均不显著(P〉0.05),但是PRLR基因外显子3的开产50%后9~11周蛋重平均数基因型间差异接近显著(P=0.08)。基因间交互作用分析发现,催乳素受体基因外显子3和外显子6有极显著的交互作用(P〈0.01),产蛋量较高的合并基因型AADD可以作为太湖鸡选育的参考。The PCR-SSCP method was applied to test the polymorphism of prolactin(PRL), prolactin receptor (PRLR) and follicle- stimulating hormone beta (FSHI3) genes in Taihu chicken ,and the relationship between the genotypes of PRL, PRLR and FSHI3 and 20 weeks egg production traits after the age at 50% egg in this population was analyzed. The results showed that genotype AA frequency was higher than that of genotype BB in PRL and FSHI3 pro2 genes, the allele A frequency was higher than B frequency, no polymorphism existed in FSHβexon3 ; There were two genotypes in PRLR, and genotype AA frequency was higher than that of genotype BB in exon3 , genotype CC frequency was higher than that of genotype DD in exon6; the allele A/ C frequency was higher than B/D frequency respectively. No significant association was found for the PRL, PRLP and FSHβ genes with the egg production traits after the age at 50% egg(P〉0.05) . But the P value of the salience test of the egg weight average at 9-11 weeks after the age at 50% egg was 0.08 in PRLRexon3. Significant interactions between PRLRexon3 and PRLRexon6 were detected in gene interaction analysis(P〈0.01),and the incorporative genotype AADD is available to breed TaiHu chicken.
