模具可重构技术与杆系柔性成形模具

摘　　要：介绍了目前国内外在可重构板料冲压成形模具应用研究方面的成果,讨论了在应用研究中仍存在的问题和进一步的研究发展方向。同时提出可重构的杆系柔性成形模,该模具具有"模内压板成形"冲压工艺,可以有效地控制板料的起皱。试验表明可重构的杆系柔性成形模具可以快速地重构板料冲压成形模具,达到"一模多用"的目的,具有优良的板料冲压成形特性。Current development of reconfigurable sheet metal forming die was introduced. The problems unresolved were, discussed and the further development trends were pointed out. In addition, the reconfigurable poles flexible die was put forward. The die has a particular character of pressing and forming inside die, it can suppress the wrinkling effectively in the sheet metal forming. Tests show that the reconfigurable poles flexible die can reconfigure the forming die rapidly. It is a multi-purpose die and has good forming characteristics.
