摘　　要：通过该产品,分析了产品的工艺性,介绍了模具设计方案,研究了产品弯曲后的回弹角度,提出了多处弯曲与一处弯曲回弹角度不同的问题,得出了多处弯曲回弹角度变小的结论。Die design was introduced based on the manufacturing feasibility of the part. Spring back angle after bending was studied and problem of difference between multiple bending and single bending was presented. It was concluded that the spring back angle became smaller with multiple bending.
