摘  要:本文首先简介台湾地区市面上常见之制震组件。其次提出两说明案例,针对制震组件配置之成效、造价等因素综合评估其适用性。案例一为台北顶级住宅之案例,分别评估结构物含速度型制震组件于中小度地震作用下之性能比较。先确定结构之性能目标,然后依此性能目标分别评估各类制震组件所需之数量及配置方式,再根据各类制震组件之分析结果及预估造价评定本案适用之制震组件。案例二为台中区顶级住宅,先检讨主结构系统搭配位移型制震组件或传统剪力墙或斜撑之造价比较,其次再评估速度型组件之配置与制震效能之关系。 The purpose of the article is to briefly illustrate the energy dissipation devices(ED) commonly used in Taiwan′s residential buildings.Two cases are introduced to describe the effectiveness of the ED based on their seismic performance and the cost.The first case is a luxury residential building in Taipei.The evaluation procedure is to determine the performance objectives,which suggested by designers,under the event of moderate earthquakes.The required installed quantities and arrangement of each individual type of damping device are evaluated,that leads the client and the engineer make decision by the results of performance and cost.Case 2 is a 29-storys building located in Taichung.The first topic is to determine the structure stiffened by deformation-dependent-dampers(buckling restrained braces),shear walls,or traditional braces,then evaluate the proper installed locations of velocity-dependent-dampers by seismic performance.
