金葡素联合高频电刀治疗尖锐湿疣110例

摘　　要：目的观察金葡素联合高频电刀治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法抽取210例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为金葡素联合高频电刀治疗组(观察组110例)和单纯高频电刀治疗组(对照组100例),观察两组疗效及复发情况。结果金葡素联合高频电刀治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率86.36%,明显高于单纯高频电刀治疗组37%(P<0.01)。复发率13.34%明显低于单纯高频电刀治疗组63%(P<0.01)。结论金葡素是联合高频电刀治疗尖锐湿疣、减少复发的理想药物。Objective To assess the curative effect of combination of natural growth factor and high - frequency electric knife in patients with condyloma acuminata. Methods Two hundred and ten patients with condyloma acuminata were randomly divided into two groups： combination of natural growth factor and high - frequency electric knife group （ sdudy group, n = 110 ） and high -frequency electric knife group（ control group, n = 100）. We observed the clinical effect and reinfection rate. Results The cure rate of study group was 86.36% and that of control group was 37% （ P 〈0.01 ）. The reinfective rate of study group was 13.34% and that of control group was 63% （ P 〈0.01 ）. There was significant difference between two groups. Conelusion Natural growth factor is an ideal auxiliary drug which treat condyloma acuminata with high - frequency electric knife and greatly decrease the reinfective rate at the same time.
