摘  要:目的:观察重组人生长激素、雌激素及两者联合应用对去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨骨量的影响。方法:通过去除SD大鼠双侧卵巢,拔除单侧上颌磨牙,建立骨质疏松大鼠剩余牙槽骨动物模型,通过形态计量学方法观察单独和联合应用重组人生长激素和激素对去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨骨量的影响。结果:去势可使大鼠剩余牙槽骨的骨小梁面积比减少,宽度减小,髓腔扩大,加速剩余牙槽骨的吸收。单独运用雌激素、重组人生长激素以及二者联合应用4周及8周可提高去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨的骨小梁宽度、骨小梁面积视野百分比,降低骨小梁间隙宽度。结论:重组人生长激素、雌激素及两者联合应用在一定程度上可延缓骨质疏松大鼠剩余牙槽骨的快速吸收。Objective The aim of this study was to study the effect of estrogen and recombine human growth hormone on bone mass of maxillary after extracted tooth in osteoporotie rats. Method: Animal models were established by ovariectomy and exodontia on left par- tial maxillary. And the effects of estrogen and recombine human growth hormone on bone mass of maxillary were observed in 0P rats by BHM. Result: rabecular width of residual ridge reduced , trabecular area of residual ridge minished and trabecular separation of residual ridge enlarged in osteoporosis rats, osteoporosis accelerated resorption of residual Ridge. using estrogen, recombine human growth hormone can increase trabecular area and trabeeular width and reduce trabeeular separation of residual ridge in osteoporoais rats. Conclusion: Estrogen and recombine human growth hormone relieved resorption of residual ridge in some degree.
