摘　　要：针对福建省水能资源开发利用情况,总结分析了省政府出台规范水能资源开发利用管理规章后各地的做法及成效,对尚且存在的难点问题进行了探讨,提出加强水能资源管理工作的对策措施。Based on an overview of hydropower development and utilization in Fujian Province, the practice and achievement made in hydropower development after the issue of regulations on management of hydropower development and utilization by the Provincial Government are summarized. Measures are put forward for strengthening management of hydropower resources after the examination of difficulties in hydropower development and management.
