摘　　要：我国水利工程项目管理虽然经过20多年的实践有了长足的发展,但目前仍存在诸多问题,结合我国水利工程项目的特点,综合分析了当前水利工程项目管理中存在的矛盾和问题,提出应用和谐管理理论,加强人性化管理,应对环境的不确定性,提高我国水利工程项目管理水平。Although project management, as an effective measure, has been applied in water project construction for more than 20 years in China, there are still many problems existed in practice. Considering the feature of water project management in China and evaluating contradiction and problems associated with water project management at present, it is suggested to apply Harmonious Management Theory to emphasize humanized management, so as to deal with uncertainty of environment and enhance level of water project management.
