摘 要:本文由准三能级和四能级的阈值条件出发,分析了抑制1064nm激光起振的最低镀膜要求,并且利用速率方程理论和两激光的输出特性曲线对泵浦功率为10W时946nm和1319nm双波长的条件进行数值分析和计算,分析表明在泵浦功率为10W、946nm激光的透过率为3%时,为了使两谱线腔内光子数密度相等,对于1319nm激光的透过率应为8%左右,这时两激光的输出功率分别为0.35W和0.6W。本文为等光子数双波长运转提供了一种相应的分析方法,并且提出了RGB激光器的设计方案。In this paper from the threshold of quasi-three-level and four-level setting out, the coating to suppress 1064nm oscillation is analyzed. Numerical analysis is performed for 1319nm and 946nm dual-wave operation condition at the pump-power 10W by using the rate-equation theory and laser putout characteristics curve. The analysis shows that at the pump power 10W and the transmission of 1064nm is 3% under the condition of density of two kinds photon density is equal, and the transmission of 1319nm should be about 8%. Then the two kinds lasers putout power are 0.35W and 0.6W.This paper provides an analysis method for dual-wave operation at equal photon density, and the configuration of RGB laser is given.
