摘  要:针对电镀企业所排含氰、含铬、除油和酸碱废水的各自特点,首先采用不同的预处理工艺;然后将各股预处理出水混合后采用氧化还原、混凝沉淀的组合工艺进行处理。介绍了整个工艺流程和主要设备,并进行了技术经济分析。实际运行结果表明,出水水质达到了广东省地方排放标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB4426—2001)的一级标准,运行费用为3.72元/m3。The different processes were used to pretreat electroplating wastewater containing cyano- gen, chrome, oil, acid and alkali respectively. The mixed effluent was treated by the combined process of oxidation and reduction, coagulation and sedimentation. The process flow and main equipment for electroplating wastewater treatment were introduced. The techno-economic analysis was carried out. The operation result shows that the effluent quality reaches the first class criteria specified in Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants ( DB 4426 - 2001 ) of Guangdong Province. The operation cost is 3.72 Yuan/m^3.
