摘　　要：因子分析法是评价绩效运营的重要方法。通过建立因子分析模型,对黑龙江省31家上市公司的经营业绩进行综合评价,同时指出了影响企业绩效运营的主要因素,并为投资者对上市公司进行投资提供了依据。Factor-analysis is an important way of performance-evaluating. By establishing a factor-analysis model, the article interprets the condition of operation performance of the thirty-one listed companies in Heilongjiang province, and points out the main factors affecting the operation performance of companies, which provides an important basis for investors to carry out the investing activities.
