摘　　要：物流服务供应链协同指成员企业之间共享资源、紧密协作、共同决策从而实现共同目标的管理行为与状态。探讨了物流服务供应链协同的问题表现及其产生原因,利用相关经济学理论分析了协同的形成机理,并对其协同的机制进行了阐述,最后结合电子商务模式提出了协同管理系统。Collaboration of logistics service chain is a kind of harmonious state as well as the managerial behavior with which members of the chain share resources and co-operate closely and make decisions together in order to gain a common target. Collaboration issues and their formed causes are argued. The mechanism of collaboration is analyzed from economics theories. Finally, the collaborative management system in the context of e-commerce is proposed.
