摘　　要：以何种模式进行合作是产学研合作过程中的一个重要问题,各国在产学研合作的实践过程中都形成了不同的模式。首先介绍经济合作发展组织对产学研合作模式的分类,进而通过对典型国家、地区的产学研合作创新模式的介绍与比较分析,得出对我国产学研合作创新的一些启示。It is of grcat significance to choose a useful method to further the enterprises-universities-research cooperation,Different countries have developed different models through practice. This article first introduced the classification of E-U-R cooperation models worked out by OECD,then introduces and compares some typical countries and region＇s E-U-R cooperation models,thus giving some enlightenment to our domestic E-U-R cooperating innovation.
