摘 要:为了改善共源极第3代电流传送器(CCⅢ:Third-generation Current Conveyer)的电路性能,采用Level3模型1.2μm CMOS工艺过程参数,实现了共源极CCⅢ电路。对其性能进行的仿真结果表明,该方法能使其Z端口的输出阻抗从360.542 kΩ增大到2.275 MΩ,并使其β值从Level 2的0.964 5提高到了0.984 7。同时提出了基于共源极CCⅢ电流模式二阶带通、低通和高通滤波器。该电路具有结构简单、电路灵敏度低、幅频特性好的优点,可实现高带宽滤波功能,适于实现全集成。In order to improve the performance of source-together CC Ⅲ(Third-generation Current Conveyer) circuit, Level 3 models 1.2 μm CMOS process technical parameters are employed. The simulation results indicate that the output impedance is increased from 360. 542 kΩ to 2. 275 MI2, and the value oft is increased from 0. 964 5 to 0. 984 7. Current-mode continuous-time two-step band-pass, low-pass, and high-pass filters based on this kind of source-together CC Ⅲare proposed. The circuit has the merits of simple structure, low circuit sensitivity, and good amplitude-frequency. Furthermore, the high band width filter function, and the fully integration can be realized.
