摘  要:介绍了纳米二氧化锆粉末在制备复合镀层上的应用及纳米粉改善镀层性能机理,包括制备、高温抗氧化和耐蚀性、高硬度耐磨性以及具有电化学活性等功能的复合镀层的最新进展,并对纳米颗粒在改善镀层耐蚀性和增强镀层硬度等方面的机理作了介绍。最后指出,中国是锆资源大国,纳米二氧化锆粉末的制备工艺研究已经非常成熟,但其在复合领域的应用开发还局限于实验室阶段,相信不久的将来纳米二氧化锆在复合镀层中的应用具有很好的发展前景。The paper gave detailed introduction on the application of nano - sized ZrO2 powder in preparing composite plate and the mechanism of nano - sized powder improving the performances of the plating, including the latest progress of preparing composite plate with such performances as high hardness, good wearing resistance, high temperature oxidation/corrosion resistance and better electrochemical activity etc.. Also introduced the mechanisms of nano - sized powder in the terms of improving the corrosion resistance and of strengthening the hardness of the plating etc.. Finally, the paper pointed out that China had a wealth of zirconium resources and the research of ZrO2 powder preparation process was so ripe, but its application and development in composition field was limited to experimental stage. It believed that the application of nano - sized ZrO2 in the composite plate will have a bright prospect in the near future.
