摘 要:目的:分析四川省成都市2006年崇州、大邑两地相继暴发的宋内志贺菌食源性感染疫情中病人分离菌株之间,及其环境分离菌株之间的分子分型特征和遗传相关性,推断传染来源。方法:收集两地疫情暴发期间分离的宋内志贺菌株,用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对菌株进行分子分型,所得结果用BioNumerics V4.0软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析。结果:共测试56株菌,用XbaⅠ酶切后PFGE可分为14个带型。其中崇州菌株38株,有26株带型完全相同(包括1株环境株);有37株菌分布于5种带型,其相似性在97%以上。大邑菌株18株,有10株带型完全相同;其余8株有7种带型,相似性较差。两地之间菌株分子分型差异明显,其相似性小于92%。结论:确证崇州、大邑两地确有宋内志贺菌食源性感染疫情的暴发,但两地之间无交叉传染关系;提示崇州的宋内志贺菌疫情是由食物凉拌菜引起;提示大邑本地有较高的宋内志贺菌流行水平和复杂的传染源。Objective:To study the characteristics of molecular typing and phylogenic relationship among the Shigella sonnei isolated from patients and environment samples during food-born disease outbreaks,in two areas,Chongzhou and Dayi,of Chengdu City of Sichuan in 2006 and to trace the source of infections so as to support the ascertainment of epidemic control strategy.Methods:Strains isolated from two areas as mentioned above were analyzed with the Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) and clustering of patterns was analyzed with the BioNumerics software.Results:A total of 56 strains were clustered into 14 PFGE patterns when digested with XbaⅠ.In all 38 strains isolated from Chongzhou area,26 included one from environment were indistinguishable.There were 37 strains belonging to 5 patterns and were identified with a similarity coefficient above 97%.In all 18 strains isolated from Dayi area,10 were indistinguishable.The others belonged to 7 patterns and were of indirect association.The strains between the two areas were unrelated and with a similarity coefficient under 92%.Conclusion:There are food-born disease outbreaked in Chongzhou and Dayi,but they are not correlated with each other.The cold dish causes the breaks in Chongzhou.There is high level prevalent of Shigella sonnei disease in Dayi,and it has complicated source of infections.
