摘  要:目的:利用分子生物学技术确认流脑死亡病例与其密切接触者实验室鉴定结果的相关性。方法:对疑似病例的血液标本进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌PCR分群和多位点序列分析实验,对密切接触者分离菌进行氧化酶实验、血清学分群鉴定、糖源利用实验和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)鉴定实验。结果:疑似病例标本PCR结果为脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌A群阳性,6株密接分离菌的氧化酶试验均为阳性,血清学分群鉴定结果均为A群,糖源利用试验为葡萄糖和麦芽糖阳性、乳糖和蔗糖阴性。PFGE结果表明:这6株菌来源于同一克隆,多位点序列分析结果为ST7。结论:引起该病例及其密切接触者的病原菌类型为ST7的A群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌。Objective:To identify the pathogen of a suspicious meningitis death case of Beijing in November 2005.Methods:The clinical blood specimen was detected by multi-polymerase chain reaction and multilocus sequence typing.Six bacterial strains isolated from oropharyngeal swab specimens of close contacts were identified by oxidase test,serogroup identification,carbohydrate utilization test and pulsed-field gelelectrophoresis.Results:The serogroup A Neisseria meningitides was detected in the clinical blood specimen by multi-polymerase chain reaction and multilocus sequence typing.The Six close contact strains belonged to serogroup A Neisseria meningitides.They shared the same pulsed-field gel electrophoresis patterns and came from the same clone.The sequence typing was ST7 by multilocus sequence typing analysis.Conclusion:The suspicious meningococcal meningitis death is caused by serogroup A Neisseria meningitides that belongs to ST7.
